Idag åt jag en smarrig frukost som jag tänkte dela med mig av Very Happy

120 gr kall rostbiff (färdigskivad från butik)
100 gr creme fraiche
20 gr smör
Seltin
Kebabkrydda (santa maria)

Skär sönder rostbiffs skivorna i strimlor & fräs lite hastigt i smöret, ska mest bli varmt.
krydda efter smak.
Häll ner creme fraichen & rör runt tills fraichen "smälter" och rätten blir genom varm.
Klart att äta...
