vet någon kakaos protein, kolhydrat och fett mängder?

Det vanliga ögonkakao eller någon ekologisk kakao... spelar ingen roll.
Jag har kollat på några program , men inte riktigt hittat svaret och har inte kakao hemma nu , och kan inte kolla, men vill gärna räkna lite Very Happy
