Fick just detta tips på annan sajt...

LC-bröd på Pork rinds
---------------------
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp pork rinds, crushed very finely
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp water
1.5 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
(pinch garlic-pinch salt)

1. Mix all ingredients and let stand approx. 5 minutes to thicken.
2. Heat your pan without oil. (use non-stick).
3. Spoon a big dollop in pan, spread out evenly and thin, sprinkle with
seasoning and brown well on both sides.

These flat breads work well for tostadas and layered enchiladas.

Value for entire recipe: 799 calories 66g fat 48g protein 3g carbs 0g fiber

pork = fläskkött
rind = svål

Man måste dock mala fläsksvålarna ytterst fint. Jag hade ett par klumpar med, och de märktes som sega bitar. Likaså kan man nog skippa saltet, för både fläsksvålar och ost innehåller ju sälta i sig.

Jag tog bara smör på som fick smälta, men det hade nog varit gott med t.ex. philadelphiaost... Laughing

Nja, smakar som bröd gör det väl inte. Mer saltostigt, kan nog vara gott som tortillaersättare till nån textmexrätt. Nu åt jag den bara rätt av med smör på.
